You can add maca powder to your favourite tea, delicious with ginger lemon herbal tea.
2-3 teaspoons of maca powder
1 cup pf your favourite tea
Brew your tea for 2 to 3 minutes, then add maca powder and stir well until combined.
Maca Peruvian Smoothie
¼ cup of blueberries
1 cup of frozen mango pieces
1 teaspoon of maca powder
½ cup of water
Blend in the blender until smooth and enjoy!
Simple Maca Milk
3 teaspoons of Maca Powder
1 cup of milk
2-3 teaspoons of cinnamon (optional)
You can whisk the maca in the glass with a fork or whisk, however, it is recommended that you use a small blender or shaker jar in order to make sure the maca powder is fully blended.
